Navrattan Micro Mortar

Navrattan Micro Mortar is a proprietary blend of powders with non-shrinkage properties used for filling up to 15 mm wide cracks in concrete, masonry, and plaster surfaces. It is a single component powder that is water activated. Navrattan Micro Mortar is 100% eco-friendly as it does not contain any Portland cement or resin or VOC.

Navrattan Micro Mortar is a high-performance crack filler that is ideal to be used for instant crack filling in concrete, masonry, and plaster surface. The product can be comfortably used on a horizontal surface, vertical surface, on the interiors, and exteriors. The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored in share and dry condition.

HOW TO PREPARE THE MIX AND THE SURFACE FOR AN IDEAL APPLICATION?

• Mix 1 kg of the product with 225 ml of water. Mix the slurry until a homogenous mixture of smooth and trowelable consistency is obtained.
• Do not increase the water content more than specified as it might affect the final properties of the product.
• Scrape the crack into 10-15 mm deep V-grooves.
• Clean the grooves with a wire brush to get rid of all the dirt and lose particles.
• Apply the Navrattan Micro Mortar in the repair area and wash off all the equipment after the use.
• Add sand into the mixture for vertical application.
